Shakira uses her fame to help those in need, like children without resources.
Unicef wanted to honor Shakira for all the work she has done to help children around the globe, and that's why they held a special homage to her a few days ago in Germany.
The Colombian singer who is famous around the globe for her hip movements is very committed to helping children in need. Since 2003, Shakira has been an ambassador for Unicef and also founded the organization, Bare Feet, which helps 5,000 Colombian children who have very few resources.

Today we have a video of Miley Cyrus for you, singing her hit, Party in the USA.
In the video you'll see Miley in a car starting to party at a drive-in movie in the middle of the desert. Miley looks great and has a sort of cute cowgirl look.
Also, the new Miley movie, The Last Song, will be held up a little and won't come out until 2010. So, it looks like we will all have to wait to see Miley play another role besides Hannah Montana.

There are 24 hours in a day and sometimes they seem to fly by, and at the end of the day we feel like we haven't accomplished anything.
When we feel this way, we can also feel distracted, and have a hard time completing one thing at a time. We are sure this has happened to you for example: you are doing your homework and then you get stuck and look for the answer for something on the Internet. Then before you know it you're chatting with a friend or looking at something else off topic, yet interesting, on the net. When you go from one project to the next without finishing one, you're wasting time.
To avoid this, and take advantage of the time you do have, we recommend the following:
Make a list of things you would like to do everyday, including all homework and extra curricular activities. Try not to put anything more than you can actually accomplish.
Make another list with all the things you like to do on it: read, hang out with friends, use the Internet, update your blog...then pick an hour or so slot when you can do these hobbies. Make sure that you are not spending too much time doing these hobbies during the week, but give yourself some time to do them because otherwise you feel overwhelmed by schoolwork.
Finally, when you do get down to business and are doing homework, turn off any distractions. Turn off the computer, go to a quiet place, make sure your room is organized, and have everything you need with you so that you don't have to get up many times looking for something you think you might need.

Muse, which is Stephenie Meyer's favorite group, and to which she has given lots of thanks to in her books, are real jokers.
The group, which is famous around the globe, helped with the Twilight soundtrack by contributing the song Supermassive Black Hole (it's the song played while the Cullen's play baseball). In New Moon they also collaborate with the song I Belong to You.
Muse has also come out with a new CD and are currently promoting their new single Uprising. An Italian TV show called the group and asked them to perform, but said they had to use playback during the show...which of course, insulted Muse. (playback is when they don't actually sing, but use a recording)
So, in order to get back at the TV show, all the members of the group changed positions. The singer pretended to be the drummer, the bassist the guitarist and so forth. Here's the video of the whole thing so you can see for yourself how Muse 'played'.
A lot of attention was paid in the Twilight saga to how all of the characters in the book dress.
The personalities of each character is reflected in the way they dress, for example: Rosalie is very vain and so she dresses in a sexy yet classic way. Alice is happy and young, and her fashion statements have a bit of hippy in them. Bella, however, doesn't care too much about what she wears, and is always seen in t-shirts and jeans.
In the first movie the costumes the characters wear resembles the book, and many of us have fallen in love with the stars' wardrobes. Following the link below, you'll see many examples of clothing worn by the Cullens in Twilight and New Moon, which were all found online.
The hard thing about these clothes is that they are sold online and so it's impossible to know if they fit or not, but the good thing is that the prices are right.
